The Shanti Residence is a lifestyle retreat of pure privilege that is encompassed within a 45 are landscape overlooking the Nusa Dua enclave and glistening waters of the Indian Ocean. Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Popo Danes, The Shanti Residence is a sanctuary cocooned from the outside world that addresses the need for rejuvenation of body, mind and spirit. Five distinctive suites are available, each one takes on a Sanskrit name as a symbol of respect for Bali's celebrated Hindu heritage.

Opulent Living

The main living area at The Shanti Residence is an opulent environment encircled by glass doors that open wide to rejoice the splendour of the outdoors. Matching sofas in a vibrant shade of lavender are the focal point of this designer setting. An adjacent room has been established as a state-of-the-art audio visual suite where guests can recline in air-conditioned comfort to watch a surround sound movie on the big screen. Alternatively, this room can be set up to accommodate a small corporate meeting or business presentation.

Lavish Dining

A separate dining room facing the pool and manicured garden caters for lavish meals and long evenings of social interaction. Up to 12 guests can be seated around the table for a formal dinner prepared by an in-house Executive Chef who presides over a magnificent gourmet kitchen domain. Tantalizing fourcourse menus are conjured up and served in a manner reserved for fine dining establishments.

Extravagant Master Suite

The Master Suite Ambhara means sky and is secluded within its own private pavilion complete with sophisticated study, sun deck, plunge pool and gazebo. Ambhara is a haven of refined luxury for travellers who expect the finest pleasures that life has to offer.

Suite Indulgence

The Junior Suite Aastha also benefits from its own private quarters with a lounge area and gazebo, while Akansha, Ananta and Abian are all housed within a two-storey dwelling commanding sweeping ocean and garden views. Each suite has been carefully designed for optimal luxury with spa-inspired bathrooms and ample walk-robes.

A private gym featuring high-tech cardio workout equipment is available for those who have a rigorous fitness regime to maintain. Spa indulgence based on Bali's timeless healing and beauty legacy can be enjoyed in a dedicated wellness room complete with bathtub and separate shower.

The Shanti Residence is set within a terraced garden compound that can host up to 300 guests for a wedding celebration, standing cocktail party or private event. Space abounds and the concept of outdoor living is emphasized with a generous infinity pool, wide sundecks and a large expanse of tropical greenery.

Low Season (Min. stay 3 nights) : January 9th to July 14th (excluding Easter) September 16th to December 19th.

High Season (Min. stay 5 nights) : July 15th to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th, Easter week: April 10th to 16th, 2009).

Peak Season (Min. stay 7 nights) : August 1st to August 31st, December 20th to January 8th (Christmas & New Year period).

Villa Term & Condition :

• Rates quoted are for entire The Shanti Residence, with double occupancy per suite or ten (10) guests for entire suite. Study room or additional bedroom upon request. Utilization of the study room as a bedroom shall incur a charge of US$50 and is only applicable when the Residence is booked as a whole.
• All rates are net and inclusive of applicable government tax and service charges.
• Rates are quoted in United State Dollar (USD).
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• Up to two children receive complimentary accommodation in their parent's suites using the day beds, however an additional charge for breakfast will be made, and if more than one vehicle is required for airport transfers the second car will be charged.
• Children's menus, baby sitters and other specials are available including PS2's, which can be arranged by Shanti Recidence's Resident Manager.
