Chimera Villas is a boutique 3 villa complex independently owned and operated. The complex offers 2 and 3 bedroom modern, fully equipped villas available for rent. Full service staff are included and 24 hour security. All villas have large private pools, green areas, air-conditioning, home theatre system, satellite TV and wireless internet.

Chimera Villas : Villa Tiga - Three Bedrooms Villa

Villa Tiga is a large 3 bedroom villa with a separate living, kitchen and dining area. The villa comes with a private 4x18m pool and a great sunset terrace on the second floor for those panoramic views.Entrance to complex is through a secured gate to the parking area for four cars and management office to the left. A straight path to the villa entrance is through a massive wooden door leading to a covered gangway. On the left side is a spacious open living and dining area, separate TV room and large modern kitchen, featuring the modern western kitchen, with separate entrance for service staff.

On the right side after entering the villa's main door is an air-conditioned large king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom, complete with outdoor bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

There are two bedrooms on the upper level, both complete with air conditioning and bath tub with separate outdoor shower and outdoor terrace. The 3rd bedroom is also equipped with an indoor shower. Both bedrooms are facing the tropical garden and lap pool.

Chimera Villas : Villa Satu - Two Bedrooms Villa

Entrance is through a covered walkway, through the main door. The foyer opens into the dining room and living room areas. The fully modern kitchen is located on the left side of the living room with open-air guest 'powder-room/restroom at the end of the room.

Opposite of the kitchen are laundry preparation area. Both kitchen and laundry preparation are completed with separate service entrance.

The two bedrooms are located side by side to the right of the dining/living room direction. Both bedrooms have indoor showers, cable television, air-conditioning and facing directly the 10x 5 m pool and its surrounding spacious tropical garden landscape.

Chimera Villa : Villa Two - Two Bedrooms Villa

Upon entering the main foyer, to the left is the kitchen with separate service entrance and a fully equipped western kitchen with bar style window to a separate dining area. The living room is fully equipped with a home entertainment system including DVD player, sound system and cable television.

The 12 x 5 m lap pool is surrounded by a tropical garden landscape and a pool rain shower feature.

The master bedroom includes a TV, outdoor shower and bathtub including separate wood deck balcony overlooking the pool.

The second bedroom located to the right side of the main foyer is housed in a separate building, and includes a bathtub and indoor shower.

Villa Location

Chimera Villas are located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beaches of Seminyak are quieter then those of Kuta (less hawkers) but are great for lounging or playing in the waves...with a surf board or without. Welcome to bring a towel from the villa and don't forget your sunblock!

Shopping is also a 5 minute walk away to Jalan Laksmana (also called Eat Street or Jalan Oberoi). The street has many clothing and art work boutiques boasting the latest Balinese designs.

Eating in or out in Seminyak is probably the most attractive part of Villa Chimera. It's location allows you many choices within walking distance or a short taxi drive. This is the short list of the best of Seminyak:

• Kafe Warisan - best French Food in SE Asia and a night to be remembered set amongst rice fields. Ask the villa staff to reserve you a table....reservations recommended.
• La Lucciola - open air restaurant on the beach with great food, it is a must either for sunset, for brunch or dinner.
• Ku De Ta - on the beach with an upscale ambiance and a good menu. Frequented by all the who's who in Bali and the world.
• The Samaya - beautiful place on the beach with a great menu.
• The Ultimo - great Italian food and close to home.

Bali also has a food delivery service right to your door and most restaurants are members. Great for eating in and enjoying your home away from home. The villa staff will also serve and clean up afterwards.

• Rates are subject to 15% Government tax & service.
