Villa Chocolat is a five bedrooms private pool villa, located in hearth of Seminyak, which is walking distance to the famous fine dining restaurant Ku De Ta. In addition to 5 bedrooms (rare in this location) Villa Chocolat is located within 200 m from well known restaurants and fashion boutiques of Bali. Less than 400 m from the sea and 300 m from the KU DE TA. This location in the center of Seminyak is safe from all nocturnal nuisances and still close to the main activities.

Located in the heart of Seminyak in the chic district of Oberoi, the Villa Chocolat offers refined architecture with one of the last view of the Seminyak rice fields. The rooms enjoy a view of the rice field as well as the sunset.

This villa was designed by Stephan Remini and like all his projects, he was able to optimize all living areas of 1000 m2 of land, 400 m2 living space, 5 bedrooms (including a master bedroom can be privatized), two swimming pools, a fish pond, two gardens, a patio, a bar and kitchen, living room area 200 m2.

The decorations designed by Stephan Remini are a unique line of furniture.

Low Season (Min. stay 2 nights ) : Rest of year

High season (Min. Stay 7 nights ) : The Whole April, July 1 th to July 24, 31 August to Sep 12, Chinese New Year, Easter Week.

Peak season (Min. Stay 10 nights) : July 25 to 30 August & 19 Dec to 9 January.

• Check out time : 12:00 at noon
• Late check-out until 18.00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check-out after 18.00.
