It is only 5 minutes from Padang-padang beach and 10 minutes from the fascinating Dreamland beach which is now called ‘the new Kuta beach' with the new Golf Course.

Casa Michael encompasses 350 sqm living space with 3 bedrooms as well as ocean facing terrace on the first floor. It is modern and simple in design with superior use of space combined with traditional touch including stylish artworks and Balinese Bale (gazebo) near the pool. The three bedrooms are facing to the pool with stunning view of the ocean.

General Description

On a 1,000 m2 of land, Casa Michael is situated at prestigious coastal enclave of Pecatu. It is set in three levels including the car port on the ground level. The exclusive vicinity of the villa is accessible though a white palimanan staircase adjacent to the parking area. This level is featuring the two storey building overlooking to the garden, the rectangular infinity swimming pool and the fascinating sea view.

Entering the villa, the living area is on the ground floor including the living, dinning and fully equipped kitchen. On the right side is a bedroom with direct access to the garden and featuring en-suited bathroom with shower. The living area located in the middle provides access to the two master bedrooms on the first floor.

The two master bedrooms are on the right and left side similarly in size and design. The rooms are spacious with en-suited bathrooms with shower and bathtub, completed with stylish sofa with its colorful cushions. These master bedrooms enjoy an open space of a spacious terrace. It is a seamless indoor and outdoor integration. There are two large daybeds set at the corner of the balcony. With breathtaking view of the surrounding, it provides an ultimate relaxation.
