The royalty villas consist of two newly completed (Villa King and Villa Queen), self contained, luxury villas which sit at the highest point of the bukit summit. The awesome views face north and west with amazing Indian Ocean sunsets and boasts stunning vistas of Bali's western coastline including beautiful Kuta, Jimbaran, Dreamland beach and 5 star golf link resorts directly below.

Villa King is decorated with an eclectic mix of modern & antique Indonesian furniture with contemporary accents and furnishing designed in Bali exclusively for Royalty Villas.

There are many indoor and outdoor lounge areas in addition to the Media Room which has a large LCD TV home theater system and will accommodate your mp3 or Ipod music. 

Villa King's kitchens is modern and fitted with imported Brazilian granite counters and seated bar tops with teak cabinetry as well as top of the line appliances.

The largest of both 6 bedroom / 6 bath villas is the King Villa (sleeps 12 to 14 ). The King Villa has approx. 6,000 sq. ft. of open interior living space and a spacious outdoor lounge and entertaining area around the large 40 ft. moon shaped pool. This villa is the perfect vacation rental for large families and groups. The King Villa with it's large outdoor and indoor entertaining areas make this villa very popular for wedding's and catered parties up to 150 people.

Villa King is fully staffed with dedicated room attendants, wait staff and cook. A personal butler will be assigned to look after your every need troughout your stay at Villa King.

 For your convenience Royaly Villas services include complimentary car service with driver to take you to near by beaches, Kuta and Seminyak for shopping. Villa King also offer WiFi, daily laundry service and daily breakfast.

• All rates are subject to 15% Government tax and service
